Updating Services

Weekly Standards and Specifications Bulletin. This weekly news bulletin reports new, updated, revised and canceled documents. It provides document number and title, date of issue or change, and keeps you current with the changes and developments you need to maintain and update your document collections. An electronic version of the Specs & Standards Bulletin is available on this site or in hard copy as an annual subscription (52 issues per year) for $125.00.


Custom Standards Report Service. This new service is important for companies that must comply with ISO 9000. It gives subscribers the ability to maintain the most up-to-date status of their personal library of documents. Subscribers will receive a new report every 30 days. The report provides an itemized list of the document number, title, and issuing society or source and date of issue or change, including superseded and canceled information.


To use this service, simply submit a list of all documents in your library that you want to track. IHS will conduct an audit of your list to make sure it is current, enter the list into our database for monitoring, and then send your updated report to you each month.

The Custom Standards Report Service is offered by annual subscription only and prices depend on the number of documents being tracked. See pricing chart below.

You automatically receive a notice in the mail if any of your purchased documents have been revised or superceded. This free service keeps you up-to-date with the latest information.
