This procedure specifies requirements, materials, and equipment for cleaning, testing, and handling of hydraulic fluids for use in closed-loop, hydraulic systems on-board space vehicles and in supporting equipment. It also includes requirements for environmental control and protection of work areas and equipment, pretest inspection, and tagging of cleaned and packaged components
