The TSP System is a Federal Communications Commission system which superseded the FCC National Communications System (NCS) Restoration Priority (RP) System. This standard contains clauses covering its purpose and scope, code representation, allowable code values, and relative importance of activities associated with services having NS/EP TSP designations.
