Description / Abstract:

This Recommendation specifies the test suite structure and test purposes (TSS&TP) for interworking between session initiation protocol (SIP) and bearer independent call control protocol or between SIP and ISDN user part for profiles A and B, which are described in [ITU-T Q.1912.5].

Other Recommendations of the Q.1912.5 family specify the network protocol implementation conformance statement (PICS) proforma, the test suite structure and test purposes (TSS&TP) for profile C, and the abstract test suite (ATS) and partial protocol implementation extra information for testing (PIXIT) proforma for profiles A and B.
