MIL-C-70584 Revision B, August 22, 1990
CIRCUIT BOARD, CONTROL AND SYNCHRONIZER, VOLTAGE CONVERTER (PIVADS): 9397382
Includes all amendments and changes through Cancellation Notice 1, October 3, 1997
Additional Comments: CNCL NO S/S
This specification covers a Voltage Converter's, Control and Synchronizer (C/S) board, hereinafter referred to as "the (C/S) board," used on Gun, Anti-Aircraft Artillery, Self-Propelled (M163A2) and Towed (M167A2) Vehicles. The C/S board generates the frequency synchronization signals, initiates the start signal when the input voltage rises to the minimum voltage, and provides overvoltage protection for the voltage converter. The C/S board is a 4.56 by 5.41 inch double-sided printed circuit board mounted vertically in the voltage converter. The C/S board contains thirteen microcircuits and resistor, capacitor and semiconductor circuitry (see 6.1).
